Hoobuy fees: purchase, warehouse and parcel charges

Check the current quote and service terms before paying. Keep room in the budget for the final packed dimensions; the seller’s item weight can exclude its box and protective packaging.

A free or low purchasing fee does not make international shipping free. Check what any promotion applies to, its limits and when it expires.

Currency conversion: check the amount debited

If the item is priced in CNY and you pay in another currency, compare the final debit with the value credited to the purchase or balance. Payment-provider charges and the conversion rate both affect the result.

For a hypothetical 600 CNY top-up that costs 90 USD including charges, the effective cost is 90 ÷ 600 = 0.15 USD per CNY. Use this calculation with the current checkout amounts, not as a quoted exchange rate.

Compare agents using the same payment method and time. Also check how a cancelled purchase is refunded and whether withdrawing unused balance has its own charges.

How to check Hoobuy QC photos

QC means the warehouse’s inspection and photographs of the item received. It is useful for finding wrong options and visible problems; it does not authenticate a brand or establish long-term performance.

2. Open the full photos and inspect colour, size tags, quantity and included parts.
3. Look closely at seams, fastenings and any detail that matters to the purchase.
