The useful lesson for a first purchase is to open the order message, then inspect each pair when its QC arrives. A paid order or a helpful reply does not answer whether the goods are the option you selected.

Search Reddit, YouTube or another community for the agent, destination and issue you care about. An order report is more useful when it names the date, route, parcel weight, final shipping cost and how a problem was handled.

Compare more than one recent experience and look for later updates. A fast parcel, a delay or a rewarded review tells you about that particular order; use the details to form questions for your own purchase.
